Lane Johnson (groin) reportedly day-to-day

#Eagles Pro Bowl OT Lane Johnson is considered day-to-day after the MRI on his groin on Sunday, sources say, and he has not been ruled out for Philly’s showdown with the #49ers. Johnson practiced fully last week, was not on the injury report, but reported soreness Sunday morning.
