Fantasy Impact:
CEH will return to the team that drafted him and is expected to back up Isiah Pacheco. The former first-round pick tallied 223 rushing yards and one touchdown on 70 carries last season. Barring an injury to Pacheco, fantasy managers should consider CEH a handcuff in 2024.
