Fantasy Impact:
Walker spent parts of 2023 with the Chicago Bears and Cleveland Browns, starting two games and throwing one touchdown to five interceptions. He has started nine games in his career and has a 6-16 TD-INT ratio. With Geno Smith and Sam Howell on the roster, Walker wouldn't need to serve as more than an emergency QB if he sticks with the team.
