Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, Superflex (2026)

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team, Superflex (2026)

Over the next couple of weeks, all fantasy football redraft leagues will make their selections. To get ready for fantasy drafts, below is a 12-team, Superflex, half-PPR fantasy football mock draft from the No. 1 overall pick after randomizing my selection.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft

Below are the results of the mock draft using FantasyPros’ Draft Wizard tool. The league used the following roster settings: 1-QB, 2-WR, 2-RB, 1-TE, 1-FLEX, 1-Superflex, 1-D/ST and six bench slots. This team was graded 89/100 by the Draft Wizard.

Round 1: Josh Allen (QB – BUF)

Picking from the No. 1 spot in a Superflex draft, I couldn’t pass up Josh Allen. He’ll score double-digit rushing touchdowns and has a new wide receiver in DJ Moore at his disposal to help bolster his passing numbers.

Round 2: Jonathan Taylor (RB – IND)

With Daniel Jones coming off a torn Achilles, it’s fair to assume Jonathan Taylor will continue to get a massive amount of work in the running game and as a pass-catcher. With Jones under center last year, Taylor had a 10.7% target share, and he also handled 91.7% of the running back carries.

Round 3: Justin Jefferson (QB – MIN)

I feel great about Justin Jefferson this season with Kyler Murray as his quarterback. Murray has a lifetime completion rate north of 67%, so Jefferson should bounce back massively after only scoring twice last season.

Round 4: Chris Olave (WR – NO)

With Tyler Shough as his quarterback and Rashid Shaheed not on the field, Olave had a near 30% target share. The Saints did draft Jordyn Tyson, but he’ll be on the shelf for a couple of months with a soft-tissue injury. Olave will feast in this offense.

Round 5: Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)

The Cowboys didn’t add any more depth to their running back room this offseason. Javonte Williams is coming off a season with more than 1,200 rushing yards and is in a high-powered offense. As my RB2, it doesn’t get much better than that.

Round 6: Tyler Shough (QB – NO)

With Chris Olave on my squad, getting the stack is a nice bonus. With Josh Allen carrying the way as my QB1, Shough will be a nice Superflex option. Not only does he have Olave, but he can also scramble if needed.

Round 7: Emeka Egbuka (WR – TB)

While he’ll compete with Chris Godwin for targets, Emeka Egbuka is who I’d consider to be the No. 1 WR in this offense. Quarterback Baker Mayfield is playing for a new contract, too. Egbuka should see plenty of opportunities.

From must-have players to players to avoid, and everything in between, our Fantasy Football Draft Guide delivers the insight you need to build a championship roster.

Round 8: Rhamondre Stevenson (RB – NE)

Rhamondre Stevenson’s fumbling issues weren’t nearly as bad as they had been last season. He does have TreVeyon Henderson to compete with for carries, but reports out of camp are that he’s struggling with pass protection.

This will get Stevenson on the field on third downs, where he could rack up some catches. He’s caught 32+ receptions in each of the last four seasons.

Round 9: Rome Odunze (WR – CHI)

With Luther Burden III dealing with a hamstring injury, this is something that could be nagging for quite a bit of time. Rome Odunze is coming off a foot injury, but he did play in the playoffs.

Odunze still has Colston Loveland to compete with for targets, but without DJ Moore to compete with, Odunze feels like a shoo-in for a 20% target share. As my WR4, I could do a lot worse.

Round 10: DK Metcalf (WR – PIT)

DK Metcalf does have Michael Pittman Jr. to compete with for targets and an aging Aaron Rodgers throwing him passes, but I believe this offense will be improved under Mike McCarthy, which should help Metcalf’s numbers.

Round 11: Tucker Kraft (TE – GB)

Tucker Kraft is coming off a torn ACL and is on track to play in Week 1. Before his injury, he was fantastic for the Packers with a 22% target share. Ahead of him was Romeo Doubs, but he’s no longer with the team after signing with the New England Patriots.

Once Kraft gets fully healthy, he’ll be a fantastic tight end option.

Round 12: Malik Willis (QB – MIA)

Malik Willis doesn’t have great weapons in Miami, but he can run, which will always give him a somewhat solid “floor” in fantasy football. He’ll be my bench quarterback/bye week fill-in.

Round 13: Travis Kelce (TE – KC)

The Chiefs didn’t add any new weapons besides Kenneth Walker III. Even though Travis Kelce is getting older and this is his final season, he should still see a fair number of targets behind Rashee Rice.

Round 14: MarShawn Lloyd (RB – GB)

A possible Josh Jacobs suspension looms, so why not snag his backup just in case?

Round 15: Houston Texans D/ST

I was fairly surprised to be getting the Texans D/ST, but here we are. A plug-and-play unit that you don’t have to think about.
