Decamerion Richardson (hamstring) out for Week 4

Decamerion Richardson has been ruled out for Week 4 against the Browns.
Fantasy Impact:
The rookie Richardson has yet to make his NFL debut due to this lingering hamstring injury. Since the second-string rookie remains out, fellow right cornerback Sam Webb will be the backup behind starter Jakorian Bennett.
