Rashee Rice (knee) 'without limitations' at OTAs

Fantasy Impact:
Rice is continuing to work his way back from a torn LCL and PCL he suffered early last season. His status will need to continue to be monitored in the coming weeks. There has not been any word as of late around a potential suspension for him.
