Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman was arrested in LA for possession of an assault weapon while reportedly on his way to a gun range. (TMZ Staff, tmz.com)

According to TMZ's report, Perryman had rifles in his car that were non-compliant, giving cause for his arrest. According to a statement from Perryman's agent, they are cooperating with law enforcement on the matter. The veteran linebacker is in his second stint with the Chargers and started 11 games for LA in 2024, with 99 starts in his 10-year career.
