Mike Gesicki (pec) expected to be out 'for a while'

by Jordan Epp | Bengals Correspondent | Mon, Oct 13th 1:10pm EDT

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki is expected to be out "for a while" due to a pectoral injury he suffered during Week 6. The team is gathering information, but he will not play on Thursday night. (Ben Baby on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Gesicki has played 36.65% of the team's offensive snaps, second among tight ends behind Drew Sample. Tanner Hudson is also in concussion protocol, likely setting up Sample and Noah Fant to lead the way at tight end on TNF against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Gesicki has eight catches for 61 yards in six games this season.
