The rookie has been expected to be sidelined in Week 11 all throughout the week so far, and the team has officially downgraded him to out for Sunday's game. He will have a good chance to return to the lineup in Week 12, but until then, Jameis Winston is set to take over as the team's starting quarterback in Dart's absence.
