Josh Downs caught 4 of 5 targets for 23 yards in Sunday's loss to the Jaguars.
Fantasy Impact:
Downs continues his string of modest output, as his standard league viability is dwindling at this point. If Daniel Jones' Achilles injury turns out as significant as feared, Downs would really be a difficult start in most fantasy leagues.
