Fantasy Impact:
The Saints have ruled out Kamara ahead of their matchup against the Panthers on Sunday. That shouldn't come as much of a surprise to fantasy managers, given that he wasn't able to practice at all this week. Devin Neal is set to be the team's primary running back in his absence and projects to be a decent flex option for fantasy purposes.
