Kirk Cousins effectively manages offense in Monday night's win
by Nate Miller | Falcons Correspondent | Tue, Dec 30th 12:15pm EST
Kirk Cousins completed 13 of 20 passes for 126 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in Monday's 27-24 win over the Rams.
Fantasy Impact:
Cousins managed the Falcons offense well behind a run-heavy approach that saw running back Bijan Robinson go for nearly 200 yards on the ground Monday night. If the 37-year-old QB is aiming to land a starting gig next season, he's been doing a great job in the rehearsal. Headed into Week 18, Cousins has led the Falcons to three straight wins, completing 64.6% of his passes for an average of 232 yards and a 6-1 TD/INT ratio in that span. He's also only taken two sacks behind impressive offensive-line play. Cousins will finish the season in a matchup with the Saints.
