Jordan Matthews caught only 3-of-5 targets for 19 yards in the Eagles' 23-20 win over the Bills.
Fantasy Impact:
Matthews failed to find the end zone after hauling in a touchdown in each of his previous two outings. He has eclipsed 60 receiving yards only once since Week 2 and will not be a recommended fantasy play against Arizona in Week 15.
