Jordan Hudson signs with Cowboys as UDFA

Fantasy Impact:
Hudson remains in Dallas after three seasons at SMU. He totaled 766 yards and six touchdowns last season. He will enter the Cowboys offseason program competing for a depth role in their wide receiver room.
