Ryan Griffin posts another middling game in Texans loss
by Mike Werner | Mon, Nov 28th 2:54am EST
Ryan Griffin hauled in four-of-five targets for 36 yards in the Texans 21-13 loss to the Chargers.
Fantasy Impact:
Griffin continues to work in a timeshare with starter C.J. Fiedorowicz, and has seen five or more targets in seven-of-the-last-nine games overall. The Texans are top-5 in targeting the tight end position since head coach Bill O'Brien took over playcalling duties in Week 4, but Griffin still hasn't surpassed 50 yards receiving since Week 4, and only has one touchdown on the season. Even with a favorable matchup against the leaky Packers secondary next week, Griffin will still be firmly in the TE2/3 range.
