WR - PIT
Week 7 Outlook
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool caught 2-of-7 targets for 17 yards in a 23-20 overtime win over Seattle in Week 6.
Claypool tied for second on the team with his seven targets but he just couldn't get much going downfield against the Seahawks. The performance is especially disappointing considering that the Steelers were playing without JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder) in the lineup. The Steelers have their bye in Week 7 before they face the Browns in Week 8. Claypool will be a solid WR2 in fantasy for that matchup.
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool caught 5-of-6 targets for 130 yards and a touchdown in a 27-19 win over the Broncos in Week 5.
Claypool led Pittsburgh in receiving in the win as he bounced back nicely from a hamstring injury that kept him out of Week 4's contest. Claypool will be a solid WR2 against Seattle in Week 6, especially if JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder) is unable to play.
Steelers WR Chase Claypool has been removed from the injury report and is a full-go for Week 5.
Claypool missed Week 4's matchup vs. the Packers with the hamstring but is on track to start this Sunday. The Steelers are at home against a tough Broncos D/ST, making Claypool a dart throw for Week 5.
Steelers wide receiver Chase Claypool (hamstring) was limited during practice on Wednesday.
Claypool missed last Sunday's game, so the fact that he was even able to participate in some fashion is promising. He has caught 15 passes for 211 yards through three games. However, he falls into the WR3 conversation against Denver considering Ben Roethlisberger (hip/pectoral) is far from healthy.
Steelers WR Chase Claypool (hamstring) has been downgraded to "out" for Sunday's Week 4 game against the Packers.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports Claypool suffered the injury during practice. The second-year wideout was "limited" on Thursday before missing Friday's practice. He'll try and get healthy for Week 5. Fantasy managers should make the necessary lineup adjustments.
