James White tops 100 yards in win over Vieks

James White rushed six times for 26 yards and caught seven of his nine targets for 92 yards in the Patriots' Week 13 win over the Vikings.

Fantasy Impact

White, as usual, was used frequently in the passing game, which is his normal method of production. While the final line looks nice, almost half of his receiving production came on a garbage time play at the end of the first half where the Vikings only needed to stop him from scoring a touchdown to let the clock expire. White's nine targets is still a great indicator of his value, and he should continue to return RB2 or Flex value, albeit with less touchdown potential than before, now that both Sony Michel and Rex Burkhead are healthy.

James White gets 10 touches vs. Jets

James White carried nine times for 73 yards and caught one of his five targets for five yards in the Patriots' Week 12 win over the Jets.

Fantasy Impact

White has been so reliable all year, and still touched the ball enough to deliver decent value, but only catching one of his five targets hurts. White is still seeing the volume to be used as an RB3/Flex with definite RB2 upside due to the TD potential and target volume. Don't shy away from White next week against the Vikings -- he's still an integral part of the offense.

James White quiet in loss to Titans

James White carried once for a loss of five yards and caught five of his eight targets for 31 yards in the Patriots' Week 10 loss to the Titans.

Fantasy Impact

White came back to earth with rookie Sony Michel in the lineup. Even though the Patriots trailed most of the game, White's output was muted. The biggest limiting factor was that the Patriots only scored once touchdown that went to the fullback. Better days are ahead for James White, who will be more volatile than he used to be since his carry volume will be muted. The Patriots are off next week and then face the Jets in what should be more of a Sony Michel game than a James White game.

James White dominates SNF win

James White carried 12 times for 31 yards and two touchdowns and caught six of his seven targets for 72 yards in the Patriots' Week 9 win over the Packers. He left briefly with an apparent knee injury but returned to action.

Fantasy Impact

White continues to deliver consistent performances and has been one of the best values in fantasy football this year. Rookie Sony Michel appears to be nearing a return, but White threatens 10 targets in most weeks, and should continue to be used heavily in the passing game. White would be bumped down from RB1 range to RB2 range if Michel returns to his 15-20 touch role, but keep starting White on a weekly basis.

James White delivers MVP performance on MNF

James White carried eight times for 15 yards and a touchdown and caught 10 of his 13 targets for 79 yards in the Patriots' Week 8 win over the Bills.

Fantasy Impact

James White continued to roll in the lead back role, and will be very likely to smash every week until rookie Sony Michel comes back, and maybe beyond. White has been a complete stud this year, and is now a must-start every week, especially next week in a likely high-scoring affair with the Packers.
