Vonn Bell

Bell has had top 15 DB potential since entering the league in 2016, but he wasn't able to carve out a full-time role with the Saints until the final year of his rookie contract. Upon arriving in Cincinnati however, Bell assumed an every snap role and his production rose to what we initially thought it could be when he initially came into the league. The Cincy front seven still has some question marks, so Bell should have once again have ample opportunity to post 110+ total tackles with a handful of forced fumbles/fumble recoveries.
