Michael Pittman Jr.
WR - IND
Expert NoteView More Notes
It would seem likely that Pittman would start right away, as the Colts wanted to give Philip Rivers a big-bodied wide receiver. Some have compared Pittman to Vincent Jackson, a former teammate of Rivers, and one who had a lot of success when he was on the field. The expectation is that T.Y. Hilton and Pittman will play in 2WR sets, with Parris Campbell coming on when they go three wide. Because of that, Pittman could see a consistent five-plus targets per game. He's on the WR5 radar with upside for more.

Michael Pittman Jr. officially signs four-year rookie deal with Colts
The Indianapolis Colts have officially signed second-round pick WR Michael Pittman Jr. to a four-year rookie contract.
Pittman is expected to contribute right away in Indy as the “X receiver” in Frank Reich’s offense. Parris Campbell figures to operate in the slot with T.Y. Hilton moving around in the formation. Pittman Jr. will need to build chemistry with Philip Rivers quickly if he wants to contribute right away. Nevertheless, he’s a sneaky option in redraft leagues and an even better option in dynasty league drafts this year. He should be a good one for Rivers and the Colts.
