Garret Sparks stopped 33 of 34 shots in the Maple Leafs 4-1 win at home against the Los Angeles Kings Monday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Sparks was an emergency fill in for Leafs starting net minder Frederik Andersen, who was scratched only a few hours from puck drop with a lower body injury. While his GAA leaves something to be desired, Sparks is worthy of consideration for spot starts, particularly for wins behind the Leafs uber-talented offense.
