Cam Talbot was stellar in net for the Red Wings Thursday night, stopping 41 of 43 shots faced in a 5-2 win over the Panthers.
Fantasy Impact:
Talbot continues a mostly solid stretch in goal of late, allowing less than three goals in three of five starts (5-0-0) for the Red Wings. The veteran goaltender continues to be the more reliable netminding option in the Detroit lineup for head coach Todd McClellan, posting a 2.65 GAA and .913 save percentage in 24 appearances (11-9-2, one shutout) between the pipes so far this season.
