Marc-Andre Fleury saved 27 of 28 shots he faced for a .964 save percentage on Friday as the Minnesota Wild defeated the Colorado Avalanche 4-1 in the final game of the regular season.

Fantasy Impact: Fleury heads into the playoffs going 6-1 in his last seven starts and is fitting in well with the Wild as him and Cam Talbot account for a goaltending one-two punch. His record makes it to 28-23-0-5 while sporting a 2.95 GAA and .907 save percentage. He will be a free-agent come 2023.

Jordan Greenway found the back of the net twice, contributing to a 4-1 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. His stat line included two goals, plus-2 rating, two PIMs, two shots, five hits and one block.

Fantasy Impact: It only took :58 seconds for Greenway to get on the score sheet. He was making his way around the net and let a wrister go that snuck through Pavel Francouz on the short side. His second goal was a dump out that found it's way into the empty net. That brings him to ten goals and and 27 points for the Wild this year.

Kirill Kaprizov provided a goal, an assist, a plus-2 rating, one shot, one hit and three blocks helping down the Colorado Avalanche 4-1 on Friday.

Fantasy Impact: Kaprizov made his presence felt in the offensive zone circling around defenders and eventually finding Tyson Jost open for the goal. His own marker crossed the line when there was a scrum of bodies piled in front of the net and he somehow got good wood on it and buried it. Kaprizov finishes the year with 47 goals and 108 points in an excellent season. Look for him to be going in the first round next year.

Tyson Jost scored a goal in Minnesota's 4-1 victory over the visiting Colorado Avalanche on Friday. He finished the game with a goal, a plus-2 rating and one shot, hit and block.

Fantasy Impact: Jost was the beneficiary of a solid effort from Kirill Kaprizov that allowed him to get open and fire one past Pavel Francouz. He ends the season with eight goals and 20 points.

Mats Zuccarello registered a powerplay goal in Minnesota's 6-3 win over the Seattle Kraken on Friday.

Fantasy Impact: Zuccarello was the beneficiary of one of the five assists Kevin Fiala provided on the night. Fiala no look back-passed it to Zuccarello who fired it immediately and it leaked through Phillip Grubauer and put it one the board for his 33rd of the year.

Kevin Fiala had five points, a plus-2 rating, five shots, and one block in Minnesota's 6-3 win over the Seattle Kraken.

Fantasy Impact: Four out of the five assists were primary and Fiala continues his dominant season for the Wild. They look very effective on offense right now and have multiple players clicking at the right time. The points accounted for his 46th, 47th, 48th, 49th and 50th assist of the year and brings him up to 82 points in 2022. Look for him to grab a few more as the season closes out.

Joel Eriksson Ek scored two goals, an assist, an even-rating, three shots and one block in Minnesota's 6-3 win over the Seattle Kraken.

Fantasy Impact: His first goal was a beauty 1-2-3 set up on the power play. Kevin Fiala to Kirill Kaprizov to Eriksson Ek and in. No mistake. His second was an excellent one-time shot that labelled the top shelf after Kevin Fiala fed him in the open in close. The goals account for 22 and 23 this year.

Cam Talbot backstopped his squad to a 6-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks on Thursday. He saved 21 of the 24 shots he faced for an .875 save percentage.

Fantasy Impact: Talbot didn't have the busiest evening and got tagged twice by Elias Pettersson. The first one he had no chance on due to the one-timer he laid on him. The second one could of been prevented but the puck bobbled and Pettersson capitalized. In the end it didn't matter because his offense opened it up in the third and gave him a three goal cushion. That is back to back wins for Talbot which brings his numbers to 31-12-0-4 with a 2.78 GAA and .911 save percentage. Expect Marc-Andre Fleury to tend the net tomorrow against Seattle.

Jared Spurgeon netted a goal in Minnesota's 6-3 victory over the Vancouver Canucks. His stat line included one point, a plus-3 rating, three shots and three hits.

Fantasy Impact: The Wild captain regained the lead for his team after taking a wrist shot from the point with a heavy screen. Thatcher Demko wasn't able to track it and it crossed the line for his tenth marker of the year. He's up to 39 points.

Frederick Gaudreau found the back of the net in a losing effort as Minnesota fell to St. Louis 6-5 in overtime on Saturday. He registered a goal, a minus-1 rating and three shots.

Fantasy Impact: Gaudreau was the beneficiary of a Ryan Hartman point shot that Ville Husso couldn't handle. It bounced in and out of his glove right to Gaudreau who was waiting on the doorstep to score on the rebound. That is number 13 and totals 37 points for the former Nashville Predator/Pittsburgh Penguin. He now has five points in his last three games.

Ryan Hartman scored two goals, an assist, a plus-1 rating, two PIMs, four shots and two hits in Minnesota's 6-5 OT loss to the St. Louis Blues.

Fantasy Impact: Hartman scored off the draw when Kirill Kaprizov knuckled a puck over to him in the slot. Ville Husso was already down in the butterfly expecting an immediate shot but he hesitated, took a look and roofed it on him. His second looked like it was tipped in by Kaprizov but the shot went right through Husso and accounted for his 31st of the season. The day's work brings him to 59 points for Minnesota this year and has been a fantasy gem for those who scooped him up. Look for him to be drafted in the 5/6th round next year.

Jacob Middleton tallied two assists, a plus-3 rating, one shot, one hit and five blocks helping the Minnesota Wild win over the visiting L.A. Kings on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Although he didn't find the back of the net he provided his teammates with a primary and not-so-heralded secondary assist which brought the Wild back from a 3-0 hole. Unfortunately nothing came on the power play but it was a good fantasy night nonetheless if you happened to have him on your roster. He has four goals and eight assists this year.

Marcus Foligno scores on Sunday

Marcus Foligno netted his 21st goal of the season helping the Minnesota Wild defeat the L.A. Kings 6-3. His line included a goal, a plus-1 rating, two shots and one hit.

Fantasy Impact: Folignno was in the right place at the right time while a point shot came whistling in from Jordie Benn. He got a stick on it and redirected it past Calvin Petersen for the fifth unanswered goal by the Wild. That makes 37 points this year for him.

Matt Boldy solid on Saturday

Matt Boldy netted a goal, an assist, a plus-1 rating and five shots on goal helping the Minnesota Wild dispatch the visiting L.A. Kings on Sunday afternoon.

Fantasy Impact: Boldy was the recipient of a nice one-time opportunity from Kevin Fiala. Newly-acquired Tyson Jost had a nice screen set up in front and Boldy made no mistake by wiring the puck top shelf. That gives him 13 on the season along with 29 points total. Keep an eye on him if you're in a needy-streaming situation during the fantasy playoffs.

Matt Dumba snipes insurance goal

Matt Dumba scored a beautiful goal in Minnesota's 3-0 win Monday night. After Vegas's Dylan Coghlan failed to control the puck, Dumba stepped up and calmly fired a beautiful wrist-shot past a screened Logan Thompson. Dumba had three shots on goal, three hits, two penalty minutes, and a +2 rating.

Fantasy Impact: With the goal, Dumba now has five goals on the season and 23 points overall. Although not the best scorer, the alternate captain still generates value in other categories and deserves a roster spot.

In his debut with the Wild, Nicolas Deslauriers scored his first goal with the team 5:43 into the first period. Crisp passing by Tyson Jost and Brandon Duhaime allowed Deslauriers to set up perfectly in the slot, where he calmly fired the puck past Vegas goaltender Logan Thompson. He had a busy debut nonetheless, making his presence felt with three shots on goal and six hits.

Fantasy Impact: Deslauriers, recently acquired from the Anaheim Ducks for a third round pick, now has six goals and 11 points this season. He is currently a non-factor for fantasy purposes.

Kaapo Kahkonen traded to San Jose

Former Minnesota Wild goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen has been traded to the San Jose Sharks, along with a fifth-round pick, in exchange for defenseman Jacob Middleton. (Source: Pierre LeBrun on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Kahkonen, just 25, has a 2.87 GAA and .910 save percentage this season. In addition, he has 0.1 goals saved above expected, indicating he has been an average goalie. After Minnesota traded for Marc-Andre Fleury, the writing was on the wall for Kahkonen or Cam Talbot to get subsequently moved. Due to his young age, he has strong upside, but for now, look for him to back up James Reimer in San Jose. Middleton, 26, is a defensively-minded player who provides solid depth for Minnesota. He has nine points in 45 games this season, and should be ignored for fantasy purposes.

Nico Sturm netted the fifth of five goals Minnesota hung on Chicago as they shut out the Blackhawks 5-0. He accumulated a goal, a plus-1 rating, one shot, one hit and one block.

Fantasy Impact: Blackhawks goalie Marc Andre Fleury was behind the net trying to clear the puck and Sturm was able to jump and block the attempt. The puck eventually made it to the front of the net and put a way a tidy rebound for his eighth goal of the year.

Alex Goligoski registered his 20th and 21st assists of the year in a win over Chicago.

Fantasy Impact: Goligoski has 23 points in 32 games this season. He is a solid fill-in option for fantasy managers.
