Lucas Duda agrees to deal with Atlanta Braves

Free agent first baseman Lucas Duda has agreed to a deal with the Atlanta Braves and will report to Triple-A Gwinnett, according to a report from MLB insider Jon Heyman on Twitter. (Jon Heyman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Duda was released by the Royals last week and cleared through waivers without being claimed before ultimately signing with the Braves on Monday. In 105 at-bats this season, Duda batted .171 with four home runs. He will look to figure things out down in the minor leagues in hopes of being called up to fill a reserve role with the Braves in the coming weeks, but he is unlikely to be relevant in any fantasy formats.
