Derek Holland was scratched from his scheduled one-inning intrasquad appearance due to what GM Jon Daniels called "normal shoulder soreness." (rangersblog.dallasnews.com)

With last year's Rangers team looking like a MASH unit, even the hint of an injury cropping up sends up red flags. Holland wanted to pitch on Sunday, but instead is slated to see the bump on Monday. If that gets scratched, then it's something to be concerned about. Remember, Holland is coming back from an injury last year, but it wasn't a shoulder injury--it was a knee injury. Perhaps it's just early season soreness, and for Rangers fans, that's what they're hoping for. I have Holland projected as a top-10 AL Cy Young candidate in 2015.
