Neil Ramirez exits game with shoulder discomfort

Neil Ramirez was forced to leave the game with right shoulder discomfort, after coming in to finish things off in the ninth inning. He only threw three pitches (all of them balls) and was credited with the walk when Brian Schlitter came in and threw the fourth ball. (Chicago Sun-Times)
Fantasy Impact:
Neil Ramirez finished fourth in the league last year with a 1.44 ERA, but it may be a while before he gets back on the mound if tomorrow's MRI comes back positive. The Cubs have already been carrying an extra reliever (Zac Rosscup) since Tommy La Stella landed himself on the disabled list, but they may be forced to bring up another.
