Jonathan Niese with quality start in win over Braves

Jonathan Niese improved to 2-0 on the season as the Mets defeated the Braves 7-1 last night at CitiField. Niese threw 6.2 IPs, striking out five, while allowing four walks, four hits and one ER.
Fantasy Impact:
Niese is a lower tier SP in mixed leagues. He is off to a good start on the 2015 season, with a 2-0 record and a 1.50 ERA. His K:BB ratio is, however, somewhat mediocre at 11:8 in only 18 IPs. For Niese to continue to succeed, he will need to limit walks going forward. He is scheduled to face the Yankees at Yankee Stadium next week in his next start.
