Denard Span inching closer to return

Denard Span spent the last three days in the batting cage and taking ground balls. Wednesday marked the first time since Span hit the DL, with back tightness, that he fielded balls in the air. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Span has been rock solid for the Nationals all year when he was on the field. With the Nationals struggling to score runs, Span is needed more than ever now. With this recent news we hope to see Span back in the lineup in the next week.
