Miguel Cabrera could return this weekend

Detroit Tigers 1B Miguel Cabrera took another step forward in his recovery from his calf injury, running the bases and taking live batting practice Tuesday. Manager Brad Ausmus told reporters the slugger could return as soon as this weekend. (Jason Beck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Previously it didn't look like Cabrera would be back before Aug. 19, but with the good showing yesterday it seems like he could avoid a rehab assignment. It looks more and more like fantasy owners will get Cabrera's potent bat back sooner than later.
