Hisashi Iwakuma held batters to a .187 batting average for the month of August, pitching a no-hitter on August 12 and finishing the month 4-1 with a 3.21 ERA. Iwakuma has a 3.73 ERA in the second half and has a 5-2 record as well. (ESPN)

Although injures have hurt Iwakuma's stock in the 2015 season, he has held batters to a .238 batting average for the season and has 18 walks in 89 2/3 innings. Home runs have hurt Iwakuma, he has allowed 14 in 14 starts, but he can be a SP3 for the rest of the season.
