Steve Johnson finds role as innings eater
by John Trupin | Wed, May 18th 11:08am EDT
Johnson was recently called up from AAA-Tacoma and has displayed an interesting combination of a 89-91 mph fastball and a mid-60s loopy curveball. The right-hander pitched a scoreless 9th inning in Seattle's 10-0 rout of the Orioles on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson's relatively unorthodox arsenal may make him interesting to watch from a fan's perspective, but highly unlikely to be valuable for fantasy owners.
