Jennings says there is "no ceiling" for teammate Cordarrelle Patterson

After watching second-year wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson in training camp this summer veteran Greg Jennings is convinced that there is "no ceiling" on his teammate's potential. Jennings said he believes that new Offensive Coordinator Norv Turner will look to force feed the ball to Patterson this season and will line him up all over the field in order to do so. (NFL.com)

Fantasy Impact:

If Jennings is correct about Patterson's involvement in the Vikings offense this season then there really is no limit to what the second-year playmaker can accomplish. Last year Turner had another athletically gifted sophomore wideout that he featured in the passing game. That was Josh Gordon and all he did was finish last season as the #1 overall fantasy WR. Patterson showed that same type of talent and potential near the end of last season and if he can carry that performance over to this year and if he becomes the featured weapon in the passing game then he could easily ascend to WR1 status.
