Percy Harvin has up and down Week 2

Percy Harvin's day was highlighted by a 51 yard touchdown scamper (that should have been disallowed, as Harvin clearly stepped out of bounds) on a 1st quarter fly sweep. Percy gaveth, and he also tooketh away, as he fumbled a kick return, which led to a San Diego touchdown. On the day, Harvin totaled 50 yards on 2 rushes and 1 catch. (The Seattle Times)
Fantasy Impact:
It was a bizzare day for Harvin, as he burst out early, and then fizzled late (his second rush was stuffed for a 6 yard loss). In fact, Harvin was only used on 25 of 40 offensive snaps, less than Jermaine Kearse and Doug Baldwin. While his fantasy day was saved by the rushing touchdown, this was a game to forget for Harvin.
