Jason Witten looks to end touchdown drought

by Chris Zolli | Fri, Oct 10th 6:22pm EDT

This is the first time in eight years that Jason Witten has gone five games into the season without a touchdown. (Dallas Morning News)

Fantasy Impact:

Much has been written about Jason Witten's role being smaller in the offense this year, but that might change this week. Seattle's defense is its calling card, but they have looked weaker against tight ends than they have in the past. Quarterback Tony Romo's strength is in passes to the left and the middle of the field and that is good for Cowboys fans because Richard Sherman plays on the right side of the Seahawks defensive scheme. Witten is best over the middle and will find a way to get into the end zone this week. Look for a double-digit fantasy output from Witten this week.
