Cecil Shorts' fumble dampers productive day

Cecil Shorts finished Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans with 103 yards on 10 receptions. He had a team-high in both receptions and targets (10-of-16). He lined up ahead of Allen Hurns and Marqise Lee, but a key fumble in the fourth quarter put a damper on an otherwise productive day after returning from a hamstring injury.
Fantasy Impact:
Shorts can be a solid WR3 if his hamstring holds up. The Jaguars will be forced to throw all season and if Shorts can stay on the field, he'll be the benefactor with rookie QB Blake Bortles looking for a veteran receiver to depend on.
