Caleb Sturgis' kick blocked illegally?

In Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Jamie Collins of the Patriots blocked a 41-yard field goal attempt by Caleb Sturgis. Kyle Arrington returned it 62 yards for a touchdown. The Dolphins have submitted game film to the NFL arguing that the Patriots should have been called for illegal formation. The Dolphins believe that Collins lined up too close to the line of scrimmage putting seven defenders on the line. NFL rules limit that number to six. (Boston.com)
