The Washington Redskins signed Washington State quarterback Connor Halliday to an undrafted free agent deal on Saturday night. (Aaron Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Halliday is going to have to beat out Kirk Cousins or Colt McCoy is he wants to get a roster spot, but the Redskins did take a long look at him and both coach Jay Gruden and general manager Scot McCloughan should feel comfortable about this signing. They're getting a tough quarterback who can make all the throws required of an NFL passer, but he does have decision making and accuracy issues. His most likely destination is the practice squad.
