Karlos Williams 'most definitely' expects to play

Karlos Williams practiced for the first time since surgery for an undisclosed injury, and that he "most definitely" expects to play in Week 1. He said his surgery resulted from a "freak accident" and was a "very, very delicate situation." (Buffalo News)
Fantasy Impact:
Great news. He should be drafted as a handcuff for LeSean McCoy and even as a lottery ticket in case McCoy can't play. That would make Williams a fantasy starter in his first NFL game.
