Andrew Luck's shoulder improving

Andrew Luck told reporters Tuesday that his shoulder injury is "better, improved, making gains." Still, the QB admitted that he's not where he wants to be as he prepares for the short week. (Kevin Bowen on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Luck should be able to suit up, but the injury and matchup against the Texans defense has him considered a low-end QB1 in this week's rankings. In an ideal world you could wait another week before starting Luck. Considering his ADP that may not be realistic.
