Mark Sanchez to start against Lions on Thanksgiving

Mark Sanchez will make his second consecutive start for the Eagles on Thursday night against the Detroit Lions, with Sam Bradford again sitting out. (Ian Rappaport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Bradford's concussion and shoulder issues have led to the Eagles erring on the side of caution. Sanchez has shown in the past that he can operate the Eagles offense, but may need to lean on DeMarco Murray and the ground game in this one.
