We have a six-game slate to get us through the middle of the week, and this is crunch time for a lot of teams. The regular season is just one week away from ending, and there is a lot that has yet to be determined in the playoff picture. We should continue to see players put forth a good effort even this late in the season.

Guards
Kyle Lowry (TOR): $7,900 vs. BOS
Lowry might be up against one of the better defensive teams in the league, but he has shown to be productive this season against them. In the three games he has played Boston this season, he averaged 29 minutes per game and produced 35 DraftKings points per game. Really strong stuff despite the tougher matchup, but that’s what we should be expecting from the four-time All-Star. He has a usage rate sitting at 22%, along with averaging 1.14 fantasy points per minute, and has double-double upside on most nights. On this smaller slate, he should be good for either format, since you will likely have to eat a bit of chalk in tournaments tonight.
J.J. Barea (DAL): $5,300 @ ORL
Barea has scored 21 or more DraftKings points in nine of his last 10 games and is facing off against a weak Orlando team. The Magic are giving up 42 DraftKings points per game to shooting guards, which is fifth worst in the league, putting Barea in a great spot. The Mavericks may be out of the playoffs, but Barea is still out there playing over 20 minutes per game, which should be enough for him to reach value, even though the game only has an over-under set at 209 points. He certainly isn’t the most exciting player on the slate, but he isn’t that expensive and can help with your roster construction on a smaller slate.

Forwards
Kyle Kuzma (LAL): $7,200 vs. SA
Kuzma is the best rookie on the Lakers, and he is really showing it as of late. He has 30 or more DraftKings points in eight of his last 10 games and has shown double-double upside. This may not be the best matchup on paper for a forward against the Spurs, but this isn’t the same defense from years past. With Kuzma having a usage rate sitting at 25% and averaging 0.94 fantasy points per minute, the production should be there regardless of matchup. He has also taken 10 or more field goal attempts in each of his last 10 games, showing that he is truly one of the main parts of the offense.
Kelly Olynyk (MIA): $6,400 @ ATL
Olynyk is in an interesting spot tonight since if he plays at least two minutes in tonight’s game, he will receive a $1 million dollar bonus for playing 1,700 minutes this season. This is the time of year where players are able to get bonuses, and paying attention to this could be beneficial. Besides that, Olynyk is playing well right now, as he has 29 or more DraftKings points in three of his last four games, and is up against the Hawks, who are giving up 48 DK points to power forwards. He should be good for either format tonight due to the consistency and the upside from the matchup. The Heat have clinched a playoff spot, but their seed hasn’t been finalized, so they still have plenty to play for, which a lot of teams can’t say at this point in the year.
Centers
Richaun Holmes (PHI): $4,300 @ DET
Holmes is seeing playing time now that Joel Embiid is out with an injury, so with his cheaper price, he can slot into any lineup. When Embiid is off the court, Holmes has an 18% usage rate, along with averaging 1.01 fantasy points per minute. That is great production out of a player this cheap, and you should be looking at him in all formats. Holmes is up against the Pistons, who are giving up 50 DraftKings points per game to centers, which is actually one of the better totals in the league, but as his price, Holmes doesn’t need to do too much in order to reach value.
John Collins (ATL): $5,100 vs. MIA
Collins is one player you should have an eye on for the next few years, as he has shown some great qualities in his first year. Over his last seven games, he has scored over 30 points four times, with two double-doubles. In that same span, he fell just one rebound short of a double-double twice, which should show he has consistency and upside no matter who he is facing off against. Tonight is he up against the Heat who he has played twice this season, averaging 18 minutes per game and 25 DK points per game.
