As the calendar rolls over to July, we take one step closer to the 2023-2024 NFL football season. Training camp kicks off in less than two weeks, and the NFL preseason isn’t far behind it.
Last month, we brought up some of our favorite fantasy football draft values for the National Fantasy Football Championship (NFFC). Today, we’re updating that list using the most recent average draft position (ADP) over the past week.
Throughout the offseason, you can use our ADP tool to determine players who present values and reaches on popular league host sites. The tool combines the updated ADP for different sites along with our latest Expert Consensus Rankings (ECR) to provide players to target and avoid based on average draft position.
You can also use our mock draft simulator to sync your league and complete fantasy football mock drafts against the current ADP of your league host.

Best Values on NFFC (2023 Fantasy Football)
The NFFC Classic is the longest-running NFFC tournament, but the NFFC Primetime ($250,000 top prize), Rotowire Online Championship ($250,000 top prize), and new addition Footballguys Championship ($350,000 top prize) are also growing in popularity.
The NFFC does offer a handful of lower-stakes tournaments, but it’s safe to say the majority of NFFC users would be considered sharps. That can lead to a pretty tough drafting landscape. You aren’t going to get the massive values you get in your home redraft league. There’s just too much money at stake.
Still, even the slightest of edges can be the difference between a mediocre finish and a profitable one. Here are some of the best values on NFFC this month.
Saquon Barkley (RB – NYG): ADP 14.39 | ECR 3
The 2022-2023 football season churned out plenty of storylines, but Saquon Barkley’s career resurrection was one of the best. After struggling to stay healthy in consecutive seasons, Barkley topped 1,000 rushing yards (1,312 yards and 10 TDs, to be exact) for the first time since 2019.
That resurrection has pushed Barkley’s stock back to the top of fantasy football draft boards, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at NFFC ADP over the past week. The Giants running back is currently being drafted at the top half of Round 2. That’s a drastic difference from his third overall standing in FantasyPros ECR over that same timeframe.
Part of that is due to quarterbacks and wide receivers being pushed up NFFC draft boards, while others might be hesitant to draft a running back still looking for a long-term contract. Assuming he doesn’t sit out regular season games, Barkley should be getting drafted in the first round. Take advantage of the ADP difference now before it’s too late.
Chris Godwin (WR – TB): ADP 59.39 | ECR 43
Another value. Another shaky situation to take advantage of. Chris Godwin’s ADP of 59.39 has absolutely nothing to do with his skill set and everything to do with his quarterback situation. Being paired with either Baker Mayfield or Kyle Trask will do that.
Those are obvious red flags that impact Godwin’s upside, but FantasyPros ECR strongly disagrees with his current ADP on NFFC tournaments. While NFFC participants have pushed Godwin into the back end of Round 5, our rankings have him ranked in the middle of Round 4.
I understand the reasoning behind Godwin’s slide, but I think the market has slightly overreacted based on the situation. Godwin remains one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, and his ability to play in the slot should help negate some of the target volume concerns. Inside wide receivers and tight ends have traditionally generated more consistent targets from bad quarterbacks than boundary receivers.
Dallas Goedert (TE – PHI): ADP 73.39 | ECR 56
Outside of Travis Kelce, the tight end market on NFFC is soaked in value. Mark Andrews (34.17 ADP, ECR 19) and T.J. Hockenson (42.39 ADP, ECR 34) are both tremendous values on NFFC, but the biggest discrepancy between ADP and ECR can be found in Philadelphia.
Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert is being drafted early in Round 7 despite a current ECR in the middle of Round 4. That’s a major difference in value and ADP that needs to be taken advantage of.
Missing several games in 2022 impacted his overall numbers, but Goedert finished as TE5 in points-per-game. Don’t overthink this. When he plays, Goedert is a top-five option at the weakest position in fantasy football.
