And who is one undervalued player you’re targeting? Their expert analysis highlights which players may be set up for long-term success – and which ones could be dynasty traps. Dynasty Fantasy Football Players Experts Target
Who is one undervalued player based on consensus dynasty fantasy football rankings that you’ll be targeting in dynasty drafts and why?
Jaylen Waddle (WR – MIA)
“I’m actively trying to acquire Jaylen Waddle wherever I can. He’s the second option in Miami behind WR Tyreek Hill, but how long will Hill be there? This could be his last season, so I’m trying to add Waddle at the current discount in anticipation of that. Add to that, Waddle recently got some attention on social media when he swapped jerseys at practice with center Aaron Brewer. Everyone who pays attention knew that wasn’t Waddle, but some casual fans might not be paying full attention yet, and might have only heard the joke headline instead of seeing the image. Maybe you can capitalize on that and get an even deeper discount than his current WR26 (49th overall) ECR.”
– Andrew Hall (FantasyPros)
“I can’t imagine the Miami Dolphins running the same offense they deployed in 2024, given how the season ended. That puts Jaylen Waddle in the driver’s seat to have a major bounce-back in 2025 and be a great dynasty startup target at WR26 (4 spots ahead of Hill). If Tyreek Hill continues his downward trajectory or Miami moves on from veteran, Waddle will benefit greatly. We saw glimpses of his upside at the end of the year. In three of the WR’s last four full games in 2024, he commanded 9-plus targets, going over 99 receiving yards twice, averaging over 13 fantasy points per game. And despite the two down years, the 26-year-old ranks top 15 in receiving yards through his first four NFL seasons (3 seasons of at least 1,000 yards).”

George Pickens (WR – DAL)
“George Pickens, ranked as the WR33 in consensus dynasty rankings, is an undervalued player I’d target in dynasty drafts. His 2024 season showcased elite efficiency, with a top-10 yards per route run and strong contested catch ability, yet his ranking lags behind less proven receivers such as Jameson Williams and Xavier Worthy. Playing alongside Russell Wilson or Justin Fields, Pickens has a clear path to WR1 production in Pittsburgh’s low-volume passing game. At 24, his youth and athleticism suggest a high ceiling. Concerns about inconsistent quarterback play over his career have been elevated as he moves to Dallas and targets from veteran Dak Prescott. I’d aggressively pursue him as a high-upside WR2 with top-15 potential.”

Jaylin Lane (WR – WAS)
“Let’s look at someone I’m targeting in the final round of my dynasty startup and rookie drafts – Jaylin Lane (WR127 in the rankings and 356th overall). The Commanders made massive additions to their wide receiver core this offseason after having one of the worst units in the NFL last year. Yet, Washington felt the need to spend one of their five NFL Draft picks on Lane. The rookie gives the team more speed at wide receiver and is a potential long-term starter. The former Virginia Tech star could start as the No. 3 wide receiver as a rookie, with Noah Brown, Luke McCaffrey, and Michael Gallup as his competition. More importantly, Terry McLaurin might end up in a contract holdout situation. Lane could become one of Jayden Daniels‘ top weapons as a rookie, making him massively undervalued at his current ranking.”
– Mike Fanelli (FantasyPros)
Isaiah Likely (TE – BAL)
“Isaiah Likely is a sneaky dynasty target, offering high upside despite being overlooked in rankings. With Mark Andrews in the final year of his contract, the Ravens may begin transitioning more snaps to Likely, especially given Andrews’ age and injury concerns. Likely has already flashed elite pass-catching ability, proving he can produce TE1 numbers when given opportunities. His athleticism and route-running make him a matchup nightmare, and Baltimore’s tight-end-heavy offense ensures he’ll see valuable snaps. If Andrews’ role declines or injuries persist, Likely could emerge as a top-tier fantasy tight end.”

Davante Adams (WR – LAR)
“I know Davante Adams is entering his age-33 season, but last year, he didn’t show any falloff. If he is a WR1/2 over the next two seasons with the Rams, he’s a massive value in dynasty drafts. Last year with the Jets, Adams was on pace for 176 targets, 104 receptions, and 1,320 receiving yards as the WR7 in fantasy points per game. I’m willing to ride with Adams into the sunset.”
– Derek Brown (FantasyPros)
Kyle Williams (WR – NE)
“Crazy to say that a 22-year-old rookie, currently WR58 in the ECR, might actually be undervalued. But the ceiling for Kyle Williams in 2025 and beyond is enormous. Williams walks into a WR room in New England that, quite frankly, is starving for playmakers. Even with the signing of Stefon Diggs, there is still room for more in this Pats offense led by Drake Maye. Williams comes into the NFL with the reputation of a yards after catch (YAC) monster after his collegiate career, backed up by a ridiculous 4.40 40 at the combine. Williams has already impressed at Patriots minicamp, and has every chance to be a starter right off the rip for New England. Do whatever is required to go and get him, because the sky is the limit.”

Zach Charbonnet (RB – SEA)
“Kenneth Walker’s presence in Seattle is obscuring Zach Charbonnet’s potential value, and Walker and Charbonnet won’t be yoked together forever. It’s a good bet that the Seahawks’ running game will thrive under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and run game coordinator Rick Dennison. (The Kubiak-Dennison combo has been ground-game gold for years, dating back to Dennison’s pairing with Klint’s dad, Gary Kubiak, in the ’90s.) Charbonnet impresses whenever he gets an opportunity. He averaged a zesty 3.35 yards after contact per carry last year and forced 32 missed tackles on only 135 rushing attempts, per PFF. He had a pair of two-touchdown games (vs. Miami and Arizona) in games Walker missed. Charbonnet has been a productive pass catcher, with 75 catches over his first two seasons. Bet on the talent and take the discount that Charbonnet’s current backup role is providing.”
– Pat Fitzmaurice (FantasyPros)
TreVeyon Henderson (RB – NE)
“TreVeyon Henderson has the skillset to be a top 10 fantasy RB. He’s got the speed, a great receiving back, and an elite pass blocker on an offense that is in need of a playmaker. Rhamondre Stevenson struggled last year, but even if he has a significant role this year, there are enough question marks in the WR room where Henderson can still be fantasy relevant in the passing game alone. The opportunity, youth, and talent in Henderson is hard to pass up over some of these older RBs like Josh Jacobs and Christian McCaffrey, who are currently ranked higher than him.”
– Joey Meinerding (Fantasy Dink)
Tyler Allgeier (RB – ATL)
“Tyler Allgeier is an RB1 on almost any other team in the NFL but is relegated to handcuff duties behind Bijan Robinson for the Falcons. Entering the final year of his rookie contract and solidly in RB2 territory for ATL, Allgeier has slid all the way to 186th in dynasty rankings (RB52). This is exactly the type of target you want to nab for your dynasty team. Yes, he’s not likely to be anything this year, but there’s a very real possibility he gets moved to a different team and instantly becomes a top 15 RB in the league. Grab him while he’s undervalued and stash him – he’s going to pay dividends!”
