Closer News & Notes

It remains a three-way at the top with Carlos Estevez, Robert Suarez and Josh Hader all recording 24 saves.

It is worth noting that Suarez has allowed a run in back-to-back appearances. He now holds a 4.04 ERA on the season.

It was a dominant month of June for Felix Bautista. He allowed just one run across 11 innings over 11 appearances with six saves. He is back to his old form after being eased back early in the season.

Devin Williams appears to be back in the closer role for the Yankees. Luke Weaver has allowed multiple runs in three straight appearances to start the month of July.

Will Vest is a closer to monitor in the Tigers’ bullpen. He appears to be close to taking control of the closer role in that bullpen, to which he should shoot up this chart.
