Finding good starting pitchers can be a weekly struggle. I aim to solve this headache during this season by finding the best pitchers, every week, who are on most waiver wires. I will use the FantasyPros streaming pitchers tool to find league roster percentage information. Let’s check out this week’s top fantasy baseball streaming pitchers.

First, let’s take a look at last week’s picks:
- Trevor Rogers (@TEX): 5.1 Innings, 5 Strikeouts, 2 Earned Runs, 3 Hits, 3 Walks (No Decision)
- Colton Gordon (@COL): 4.2 Innings, 3 Strikeouts, 4 Earned Runs, 9 Hits, 2 Walks (No Decision)
- Nick Martinez (vs. BOS): 6.2 Innings, 2 Strikeouts, 4 Earned Runs, 9 Hits, 2 Walks (Win)
- Dustin May (vs. CWS): 7.0 Innings, 9 Strikeouts, 2 Earned Runs, 4 Hits, 1 Walk (Win)
Total: 23.2 Innings, 19 Strikeouts, 12 Earned Runs, 25 Hits, 8 Walks (2-0)
This week was a great rebound after a few rough selections. I am very happy with these streamers, especially Dustin May. Let’s hope to find even more success this upcoming week.
Without further delay, below are my picks for pitchers to stream during Week 16, from Monday, July 7th to Sunday, July 20th. Because this week includes the All-Star Break, I will only be naming streamers for the first seven days.
Fantasy Baseball Streaming Pitchers
Monday, July 7th
Janson Junk (SP – MIA) @CIN | 3% Rostered
Janson Junk has had a solid 2025. He has a career-best 3.62 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. Junk has tossed 37.1 innings this season, totaling eight appearances.
The 29-year-old has often been used in bulk relief this season, so there is a chance this streaming option is not a starting pitcher at all. Despite this, Junk is a good option as a low-floor, high-ceiling pitcher against the Reds, whose team OPS of .719 is just about average.
Alternative: Richard Fitts (SP – BOS) vs. COL | 1% Rostered
Tuesday, July 8th
Will Warren (SP – NYY) vs. SEA | 25% Rostered
If Will Warren is available in your league, he is a solid streamer for this week. It must be mentioned that Warren is coming into this matchup cold. His start on July 2nd against the Blue Jays ended with him allowing eight runs in four innings. This is far from great, but Warren’s performance before this game was phenomenal.
In his previous six starts, Warren tossed 27.1 innings, striking out 34 and allowing only nine runs. Warren has earned the benefit of the doubt, even against a good team in the Mariners.
Alternative: Jeffrey Springs (SP – ATH) vs. ATL | 12% Rostered
Wednesday, July 9th
Lucas Giolito (SP – BOS) vs. COL | 25% Rostered
Lucas Giloto has been extremely hot. He has allowed just two runs in his last four starts across 25 innings. He has struck out 24. The veteran may finally be back on track from the performance struggles that have plagued him since 2022.
It seems unquestionable to ride the hot streak into a game against the 20-67 Rockies, the worst team in baseball.
Alternative: Slade Cecconi (SP – CLE) vs. HOU | 5% Rostered
Thursday, July 10th
Logan Allen (SP – CLE) vs. CWS | 2% Rostered
Logan Allen is a decent streamer on a day without many viable options. Keep other days in mind, because Allen is not great. He has a 4.27 ERA and 1.49 WHIP this season and just 60 strikeouts in 78 innings.
So, why mention Allen at all? He is playing the White Sox, whose .634 team OPS is the worst in baseball. Decent pitchers should be trusted to get it done against the White Sox.
Alternative: Ryne Nelson (SP – ARI) @SD | 5% Rostered
Friday, July 11th
Dean Kremer (SP – BAL) vs. MIA | 9% Rostered
Dean Kremer is another starter on quite a streak. After pitching poorly to begin 2025, Kremer has looked entirely different recently. His last four starts have combined for 24.2 innings, six runs allowed and 25 strikeouts. I like the 29-year-old against Miami.
Alternative: Max Scherzer (SP – TOR) @ATH | 15% Rostered
Saturday, July 12th
Trevor Rogers (SP – BAL) vs. MIA | 12% Rostered
Last week, I mentioned Trevor Rogers looks like an entirely new pitcher after adding new velocity. I stand by that claim after the 2021 All-Star had another good start in Texas on June 30th.
Perhaps it is fairer to say Rogers is returning to form than becoming a new pitcher. Regardless, I love this matchup where Rogers faces his former team.
Alternative: Andrew Heaney (SP – PIT) @MIN | 14% Rostered
Sunday, July 13th
Nick Martinez (SP – CIN) vs. COL | 26% Rostered
If Nick Martinez is available in your league, I like him against the Rockies. The Rockies are very bad, and the righty is pretty good. There is not too much to this pick, besides that simple reasoning.
However, looking closer, the Rockies are batting just .232 versus righties this season. Martinez is a wonderful option for a quality start leading into the All-Star Break.
Alternative: Simeon Woods Richardson (SP – MIN) vs. PIT | 3% Rostered
