Fantasy Football Draft Values to Target (2025)

The 2025 NFL preseason is underway, meaning we’ve officially hit the start of redraft fantasy football season. Therefore, it’s time to do all the preparation fantasy players ignored over the past few months. Many factors go into fantasy players winning their redraft league every year. However, the top factor is drafting players at a value, based on average draft position (ADP).

Let’s look at some of my favorite draft values based on Yahoo ADP for redraft leagues.

2025 Fantasy Football Draft Kit

Best Fantasy Football Draft Values: Yahoo Leagues

Kenneth Walker III (RB – SEA) | ADP: 42.5 (RB16)

Unfortunately, Kenneth Walker missed a career-high six games last season because of injury. Yet, he had an outstanding year when healthy. The former Michigan star was the RB12 on a points per game (PPG) basis, averaging 16.5 PPR fantasy points per outing.

Furthermore, Walker posted a career-high 4.6% rushing touchdown rate, totaling seven scores in 11 games. More importantly, he set career highs in receptions (46) and targets (54) despite missing significant time with injuries. Don’t be surprised if Walker is even more involved in the passing game under new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak.

Jaydon Blue (RB – DAL) | ADP: 128.8 (RB47)

I have been pounding the table all offseason for Jaydon Blue, as he is my favorite sleeper target. Blue has been standing out at training camp, earning first-team reps.

Meanwhile, Javonte Williams and Miles Sanders had an explosive run rate of 2.9% or lower last year, ranking in the bottom 20 out of 68 running backs with at least 55 attempts, per Fantasy Points Data. By comparison, Blue is an explosive runner with massive upside in the passing game, totaling six receiving touchdowns last season. He could be this year’s Bucky Irving.

Matthew Golden (WR – GB) | ADP: 120.6 (WR47)

The Packers ended a 23-year drought by selecting Matthew Golden with their first-round NFL Draft pick. That should stress how much the team likes the former Texas star and feels they need a difference-maker on the outside.

Jayden Reed struggled in the second half of last year and is dealing with a foot injury. Meanwhile, Golden has been Green Bay’s top receiver in training camp. Don’t be surprised if the Packers trade Romeo Doubs or Dontayvion Wicks during roster cutdown, creating even more snaps and targets for Golden.

Mason Taylor (TE – NYJ) | ADP: 197.3 (TE30)

Thankfully, Mason Taylor returned to practice in full capacity after missing time with a high-ankle sprain. While he isn’t my highest-ranked rookie tight end, the former LSU star is vastly undervalued at his ADP.

Garrett Wilson is the Jets’ only meaningful option in the passing game. Furthermore, Justin Fields has a history of making his tight end a weekly fantasy option in the past. Cole Kmet finished as the TE8 in PPR scoring in 2023, Fields’ last year as a full-time starter. Taylor should get drafted as a high-end TE2.
