NFL DFS Lineup Advice: Best Stacks (Week 12)

NFL Week 12 started off in dramatic fashion, with the Houston Texans’ top-ranked defense beating the Buffalo Bills 23-19 at home in prime-time. Sunday’s afternoon slates feature some high-quality matchups, headlined by the Indianapolis Colts vs. Kansas City Chiefs.

We’ll be looking for the best stacks to construct in DraftKings and FanDuel DFS tournaments during Sunday’s 1 p.m. ET and 4 p.m. ET slates. This takes us to three games, including the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Chicago Bears, New York Giants vs. Detroit Lions, and Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Arizona Cardinals.

NFL DFS Week 12: Best DFS Stacks

DraftKings Salary: $50,000 | FanDuel Salary: $60,000

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Chicago Bears

Caleb Williams is QB11 in fantasy points per game (19.6) this season under first-year head coach Ben Johnson. The Bears’ signal-caller is coming off a quiet 10.3 point performance against Minnesota in Week 11.

Now, Williams faces a Steelers defense ranked 15th in yards per play allowed and particularly susceptible to explosive passing plays. We’ll stack Williams at a fairly cheap salary with Bears RB1, D’Andre Swift, and second-year wideout, Rome Odunze.

Swift is coming off a 21-carry performance against the Vikings. It’s not a great matchup against a stout Steelers run defense, yet he’s been effective in finding the end zone, scoring four rushing touchdowns, while logging three or more receptions in four straight starts.

Odunze leads all Bears wideouts with a 22.7 percent target share. He’s logged over 20 fantasy points in two of his previous four outings, which came against the Ravens and Giants. The Steelers’ weakness is against the pass, so let’s pay up to stack Odunze alongside Williams.

With Pittsburgh’s QB1 in question due to Aaron Rodgers dealing with a wrist injury, let’s back Jaylen Warren and Roman Wilson. Warren is the highest fantasy points per game player for the Steelers in 2025, averaging 13.5 points per game. He’s also in a great matchup against Chicago’s run defense, allowing 5.2 YPC.

Wilson has had some good flashes during his rookie campaign in a run-heavy offense. The Steelers wideout has logged between 10-15 fantasy points twice in his last four starts, although these came with Rodgers under center. It’s a top-10 matchup for Wilson against this Bears pass defense, so he’s worth a flier at a cheap rate.

New York Giants vs. Detroit Lions

Get ready for an explosion of points from Detroit’s offense this week. The Lions are back home and playing in ideal conditions following meager production on the road against the Eagles.

New York’s defense is among the worst in the NFL, allowing 300 points, second-most in the league. Injuries don’t help but it gives us a great opportunity to exploit their struggles with a Jared Goff-Jameson Williams-David Montgomery stack.

Goff at home is usually a high-floor and high-ceiling quarterback. Instead of forking over a lot of money for Amon-Ra St. Brown, let’s pivot to Jameson Williams. Williams has benefitted from Dan Campbell calling plays, logging 23.9 and 17.9 fantasy points during both outings.

Jahmyr Gibbs is also too expensive to roster, so let’s roll with Lions RB2 David Montgomery. He’ll finish drives in the red zone with at least one touchdown, which is enough to return value at a much lower salary than Gibbs.

Jameis Winston’s going to be in a negative game script most of this game. While an interception or two may happen, Winston has a big arm and isn’t afraid to uncork the football downfield.

We’re going to stack Winston with Giants WR Wan’Dale Robinson, who finished Week 11 with nine targets. Detroit is a top-12 matchup for fantasy wideouts, so he should return to a double digit output this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Arizona Cardinals

One of the sneakier games on this Week 12 slate that could yield a ton of points is between Jacksonville and Arizona. The Jaguars just throttled the Chargers in Week 11, while Jacoby Brissett recorded 47 completions for 452 yards in a loss to San Francisco.

Brissett’s still a cheap commodity in DFS lineups this week. Plus, the Jaguars present a top-five matchup for fantasy quarterbacks. His primary target in Week 11 was Michael Wilson, who recorded a massive 15-185 stat line on 18 targets against the 49ers.

We’ll wrap up the Cardinals stack with star tight end Trey McBride. He’s the most expensive player to roster in this matchup but it’s worth the investment, as McBride has logged 25 or more fantasy points in two straight starts with Brissett under center.

Trevor Lawrence only holds value as a ball carrier and he’s not in a great matchup against a Cardinals run defense that has been solid in most games. Let’s roll out a Jaguars stack without their quarterback, opting for rookie running back Bhayshul Tuten and Jakobi Meyers.

Jacksonville’s run-centric offense has led to Tuten handling nine or more carries in two of his last three starts. In Week 11, he converted 15 carries into 74 yards and a touchdown in a plus matchup. He’s also getting red zone touches, so at a cheap salary, let’s insert Tuten into lineups.

Finally, we’ll roll with the Jaguars’ recently acquired wideout, Jakobi Meyers. Meyers has only played two games in Jacksonville following his trade from Las Vegas, but he’s been reliable when targeted.

Meyers has recorded three receptions and at least 41 receiving yards in both starts for Jacksonville. He’ll face a Cardinals pass defense ranked 15th, so there will be opportunities to gain chunk plays or finish a drive with a touchdown reception at a relatively low salary.
