8 Fantasy Football ADP Risers & Fallers (2026)

As we make our way through fantasy football draft season, there are always risers and fallers in average draft position (ADP). This is mostly due to injuries and camp reports.

Whether you’re a volume drafter trying to buy the dip on falling targets or preparing for your big home league draft at the end of the month, monitoring these trends can be useful to help optimize your rosters.

In this column, I’ll identify one riser and one faller for each position, using FantasyPros ADP.

Here are the recent risers in fantasy football:

Daniel Jones (QB25 to QB23)

Daniel Jones is seeing a bump in the fantasy football market due to positive reports about his recovery from a torn Achilles. The word is that Jones has been playing without any limitations. We all know how good he looked when he was fully healthy in Shane Steichen’s offense. However, we have to bake in some risk that he won’t be the same, at least early in the year. Jones remains a viable target in best ball leagues. In redraft leagues, treat him as a streamer.

Jacory Croskey-Merritt (RB40 to RB37)

I came into the offseason believing that Rachaad White would be the back you want for the Commanders. While I still think that, I have to acknowledge the recent steam on Jacory Croskey-Merritt. Word is that they’ve been working on his pass-catching skills, with reports indicating that the team even prefers him to be the lead runner. This has caused “Bill” to surpass White in ADP in some drafts that I’ve been in. Both RBs are good targets in this ambiguous backfield.

Zay Flowers (WR18 to WR15)

Zay Flowers is a popular target of the fantasy community due to his ability to separate from defenders, along with Declan Doyle’s new offense. Camp reports have been extremely positive, with a lot of talk that Flowers will be the absolute focal point of this Ravens’ passing game. Personally, I understand the appeal, but I can’t bring myself to take Flowers over Chris Olave or Emeka Egbuka, so I haven’t gotten many shares.

Isaiah Likely (TE13 to TE12)

Isaiah Likely joined John Harbaugh with the Giants this offseason. Even with Malik Nabers progressing well in his recovery, the Giants plan to have Likely as the No. 2 target in their passing game. This has made him an appealing target for fantasy managers looking to wait on tight end. I prefer to pay up at the position, instead of looking at Likely in best ball formats, where you need a backup. But I definitely see the vision here.

Fantasy Football Fallers

Here are the recent fallers in fantasy football:

Sam Darnold (QB22 to QB25)

Sam Darnold is only worth taking as your QB2 or QB3 in the best ball leagues. But even with that, it’s easy to see why his ADP is falling. Losing Klint Kubiak as your playcaller is going to hurt. Still, Darnold has proven that he’s an effective starter in this league, so I recommend buying the dip in best ball. He’s a stable option to round out your roster. In redraft leagues, he’s merely a streamer in the right matchup.

Chuba Hubbard (RB28 to RB32)

The fantasy community has soured on Chuba Hubbard, instead preferring Jonathon Brooks, who looks good in camp after an extended absence due to injury. While there are obvious injury concerns with Brooks, I like betting on his upside rather than settling for a plodder like Hubbard. It really feels like we’re going to see a changing of the guard in the Panthers’ backfield. We already saw Hubbard lose his lead role to Rico Dowdle last season.

Brian Thomas Jr. (WR31 to WR33)

Most are expecting Parker Washington to be the top target in the Jaguars’ passing game, especially after such a strong finish to the season, along with numerous positive reports out of camp. This has caused Brian Thomas Jr.‘s price to dip. I recommend buying in, as Thomas has had a strong camp as well. I can’t pass up a former first-round pick who had an excellent rookie season just because of one down year. The price is right on this one.

Oronde Gadsden (TE16 to TE19)

Oronde Gadsden is falling in drafts because, if we read the tea leaves, it seems that he’s not a good fit in Mike McDaniel’s offense. The team signed David Njoku and Charlie Kolar this offseason. Word out of camp is that Gadsden is third in the pecking order. This is largely due to Njoku and Kolar’s superior blocking. I was drafting Gadsden earlier in the offseason, but I’m totally out now. We saw McDaniel phase out Mike Gesicki in Miami due to similar concerns.
