Jason Kipnis scores a run in the Indians' win on Sunday

Having missed four of the last eight games with a lingering neck issue, Kipnis was back in the lineup for Sunday's game vs. Twins, although he was dropped to second with Francisco Lindor leading off. Kipnis transformed his season after moving to the leadoff spot on May 14, hitting .282 with .908 OPS. It is unclear whether Kipnis will play every day and return to the leadoff spot, or if the Indians are still concerned about his neck issue and will give Erik Gonzalez more playing time.
