Mejia will throw long toss Thursday, and his availability for the weekend will largely be determined by how his arm responds. Despite not going deep into games -- no more than five innings pitched in a game this season -- Mejia has been solid for the Twins and figures to continue to see opportunities down the stretch. He has an ERA and WHIP of 2.01 and 1.16 over five appearances, including four starts.
