Phil Maton earns win despite allowing two runs

Astros reliever Phil Maton allowed two runs over one inning of work against the Rangers on Friday. His final line also included three hits and a pair of strikeouts. Still, Maton was in the right place at the right time and managed to secure his third win of the season. Houston ultimately defeated Texas by a score of 5-4.
Fantasy Impact:
Maton improved to 3-0 with a 4.96 ERA, 1.52 WHIP, and .253 OBA through 52.2 innings of work out of the bullpen this year. Meanwhile, he is 1-0 over 11 games since being dealt from Cleveland to Houston at the trade deadline.
